We are a mother-daughter team on a mission to spread the joy of a "whole food plant based lifestyle". We believe this could help you in one way or another, while simultaneously having a positive impacts in your surroundings.


We are both 100% plant based.

Though, you do not have to be

We are a mother-daughter team on a mission to spread the joy of a "whole food plant based lifestyle". We believe this could help you in one way or another, while simultaneously having a positive impacts in your surroundings.


We are both 100% plant based.

Though, you do not have to be plant-based for us to help you reach our own goals. We do believe that adding any additional plants into your diet or other healthful lifestyle changes can make a grand influence in your life.


Our lifestyles began to transform after personal hardships and loss. Yet, while also, eventually feeling and seeing positive personal transformations.

Still, today, we continue to evolve.


The loss of our daughter/sister, Tasha, who passed away from Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2006 sparked change in us in a slow, but pivotal way.  A short two years after Tasha's passing, we lost our husband/father, Duke, to sadly, him taking his own life.


Health, in both mind and body, held a whole new meaning and deeper understanding to us after Tasha and Duke passing.


Shortly after these losses, the "daughter" of Feel Wholly Good, Falan, got pregnant with her first child, which immediately changed what she wanted to put in her body. While, Avery, had already started the journey of wanting to live a life of health and to age gracefully.


All these life events (and more) is why we focus on all parts of health; mental and physical, adult and children, the Earth and animals.


 We are here to help and support you because we do not want you to have to wait for a life-changing diagnosis or loss to start living a different lifestyle that is preventative and joyful!

Our mission is to support and empower individuals to make lasting, positive changes in their lives, guiding them to be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.

 Our vision is to see whole plant foods options available everywhere and to help one person at a time feel wholly good!

 We want the norm to be organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds as options over high consumptions of meat, dairy, eggs and ultra-processed foods.

We want to see everyone living without chronic pain or stress, while having better access to what is needed to adopt a thriving lifestyle; natural movement, clean water and food, a positive community, quality sleep, less chronic stress, and the list goes on.

Our ultimate vision is for everyone to live as healthy as possible as long as possible on a healthy Earth.



We are excited to create change in our local community, hoping to see the ripple effect far beyond, as we discuss the benefits of this lifestyle with more people and businesses every day!

We want debunk or help others understand myths backed by vetted doctors, evidence based research and our personal experiences.


We, as humans, need to not only protect ourselves, but the future. Our Earth and vital ecosystems are being mistreated by some of our human ways, which is affecting our human health in return.


We believe a whole food plant-based lifestyle involves healthy food and a healthy lifestyle. This includes the intake of whole plant foods, nourishing good relationships, stress management, quality sleep, safer personal care & cleaning products, finding purpose, daily movement and being in nature.


Support is key when making lifestyle changes, especially changes you want to sustain for life. So, wherever you are on your journey, we are here for you.
