What is a health coach?

We Support YOU.

We are here to learn about what YOU want, what you need. We do not tell you what you want or need. We are the bridge between where you are today and where you want to be tomorrow and all the days to follow. We are a safe place for you to find your way to your best self.  A support and guide to find what is already within you to come out and thrive! You are the expert of you!

Our Approach

Our approach to health coaching is to truly understand each person for who they are and who they want to be. Focusing on the whole person; mind, body, spirit - past, present and future. We work with our clients to identify their  health goals from any facet of life. We will work together to create a plan that fits their lifestyle and needs. Our goal is to empower our clients to make sustainable changes that will improve their health and well-being for the long haul. It is not a "one size fits all" approach. WE absolutely love what we do and working to support and help anyone that wants to make changes to feel wholly good!

Do you have to be plant-based? No.

We are both plant-based, yes! But you don't have to be for us to support you in your life goals! We absolutely believe in the power of adding more plants, greens, and whole plant foods into your life, but the amount is up to you!! Whole health shines from a whole interconnected circle of lifestyle efforts. What  is on your plate is a big part of feeling wholly good, but its not the only thing! We can help those who want to know more about a whole food plant based lifestyle, whenever you are ready, its a joy to do so!
