oh, SOY.

We were like many..."no soy, please".

Now, we say, "whole soy, yes please".

We stopped listening to what we have always been told, just like the myth we need dairy and meat.

We understand soy after hearing from countless trusted doctors in-person, via interviews and in trusted researched books.

One doctor for example, Dr. Kristi Funk a board-certified breast cancer surgeon & physician, bestselling author, international keynote speaker and women’s health advocate, is the article we provide here. Soy has been wrongly associated with breast cancer, a fear is hidden there. Dr. Funk wrote, "Breast Cancer 101", she knows breasts and what is good for them.

We are so glad we learned the truth. We now benefit from this powerful and protective food, rather than avoiding it.

WHOLE and minimally processed forms of soy are not only okay, they are beneficial to our health in wonderful ways.

AVOID: Highly processed soy like soy protein and soy isolate.

ENJOY: ORGANIC & NON-GMO; whole and some minimally processed forms (while being good label readers) like tempeh, edamame, miso, natto, tamari, tofu, and soymilk.
