These pancakes are easy and simple. You can add little healthy add-in's like chia seeds, hemp seeds or spices like cinnamon to add some more health or flavor.
(We used a different oil, that was the only change and do different add-ins) A great add-in for more protein and nutrients is a 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa.

These were loved by all, kids and adults. We made some with chocolate chips and some without for those who don't like chocolate - both were delicious.
You can make them gluten free; we used buckwheat flour.
You can make nut free if you use an alternative nut butter and non-dairy free milk. We used almond butter and soy milk in ours.

We used half organic whole wheat bread and ground oats for the flour. We used date sugar as the sugar. We used applesauce instead of oil. We added hemp seeds as the add-in at the end.
It can be made gluten-free, nut-free and oil-free for those that need those adjustments.

The only change we made was we used an egg replacer instead of an egg. This was our first time using "Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer" and it worked very well.
